Four Corners Community Behavioral Health provides transportation to and from treatment at Operation Recovery, New Heights, and Interact locations. All clients have the right to transportation services regardless of race, color, national origin, and limited English proficiency under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Anyone who believes they have been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with FCCBH's Title VI Officer or the Utah Department of Transportation.
