Four Corners Community Behavioral Health (FCCBH) currently provides comprehensive medication management services for individuals in need with Medicaid, Medicare, or several other insurance types who reside in Carbon, Emery, and Grand Counties regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay for services. FCCBH is very proactive in finding and developing funding for services for our citizens, so inquire about the availability of services for individuals who have no insurance or other payment source. Four Corners does not deny access to services based on a person's inability to pay. A sliding fee scale is available. Four Corners also promises not to deny services based on a person's race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
