Crisis Therapist, Full-Time, with Sign-On Bonus

FCCBH needs 2 Licensed Mental Health Therapists to manage crisis intervention in Utah’s Carbon and Emery Counties. FCCBH is the Local Mental Health Authority and is responsible for mental health evaluations, stabilization, and hospitalization for local adults and children in crisis. This will be the primary work performed by the person hired as part of a collaborative team. Will also coordinate with community partners and resources.
The shifts offered are 6pm – 6am Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday. All Crisis Therapists will alternate Saturday shifts. This position allows for a flexible schedule and multiple days off in a row. Receive an excellent state benefit package including a signing bonus of $2,000 in exchange for two years of full-time employment in this role. Salary is dependent on licensure and experience, starting at $1,498.98 per week for under licensed and $1,641.36 for fully licensed Therapists. The chosen candidate will receive $2.00hour for time worked between 11pm and 5am and for shifts on Saturday and Sunday on top of the negotiated salary. Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, INC. (FCCBH) is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our medical team. We have seen a need for additional Social Detox support in our area and are growing our team to meet our community’s needs!

We have openings for full-time (36 hours per week), part-time (12-24 hours per week), and PRN employees. All candidates must be willing to work occasional overnight shifts. All shifts are 12 hours, 6 to 6. This position allows for a flexible schedule and multiple days off in a row. Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, prescribers, case managers, and support staff. Nurses work directly with medical and mental health staff in coordinating care for patients. The positions involve a wide spectrum of services including physical health screening, medication management, medication-assisted treatment when needed, nursing assessments, performing vitals, blood draws, and coordination of care.

Starting pay for an LPN is $26.48/hr. and an RN is $30.69/hr.; salary depends on experience and licensure. We offer a $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and between 11 pm to 5 am. Up to an additional $4.00/hr. available for weekend grave shifts! Case Manager/Peer Support, Full-time, Part-time, or PRN

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking Case Managers, Certified Peer Support Specialists, and SSWs at our 24-hour Receiving Center & Social Detox. We have seen a need for additional Social Detox support in our area and are growing our team to meet our community’s needs!
Duties include greeting clients in a crisis setting and assisting in supporting client’s needs throughout their stay at the Crisis Receiving Center. Assisting clients with intake paperwork, notifying clients of the rules of the center, and ensuring a positive and safe work environment. Assist with crisis de-escalation by assessing client’s needs and connecting them to resources within the community. Must be able to lift 20 lbs and bend, sit, and stand for periods of time. Communicating discharge plans with clients and staff and daily communication with staff is also required. Some transportation of clients may be required. Candidates must work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion throughout their experience. Strong coordination skills and relevant work experience are preferred.
We are looking to fill all shifts day and night. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to cover grave shifts. Pay starts at $17.34 per hour for Case Managers and Peer Support and $22.18 per hour for SSWs, additional compensation is dependent on experience, and level of education. Suicide Prevention Specialist, Full-Time
